Think (& Do) Tank

This year's STATE OF THE ART event begins with an invitation only experimental "Think Tank" of the LA Committee of The Millennium Project's newly official Global Arts and Media Node.  The Executive Director and Co-Founder of The Millennium Project, Jerome Glenn will introduce the 2011 STATE OF THE FUTURE updates and co-lead a brainstorm session with Node Chair, Kate McCallum, Executive Director of the c3.  Members of the committee, along with select creative artists, media professionals and other people interested in this topic, will create an interdisciplinary conversation meant to produce actionable outcomes and takeaways.

A conference phone line will be provided to allow for wider global attendance.  To join the call or if you have interest in participating in the session itself, please contact Kate McCallum for details and information by writing kate@consciouscreativity.org.  Space is limited.

The Think Tank session will be followed by the evening program -- "2011 State of the Arts: Producing Change" hosted by the Producers Guild of America the c3 and The Millennium Project.

This event will explore the role of Arts and Media in implementing world change.

A Real Time Dephi survey was completed by the Arts and Media Node and the results were analyzed and published in this chapter summation:
